The user of our email software and or data agrees that he/she fully understands all laws pertaining to the sending of emails. User agrees to hold harmless from all legal claims both the provider of this email sending software and the providers of email data that are used with this email sending software.

Additionally, the software and or data user understands that he/she should obtain from their sending Internet and/or Email Service Providers the limit of emails are per time period to comply with the users sending Internet and/or Email Service Providers, or you may have your email account suspended or terminated such providers. User understands that there is no 1 on 1 customer support offered for this software. Webinar training is done several times a week. There are no refunds under any circumstances for the DATA or the Software. The sole obligation is to replace bounced data when such data becomes available. Buyer agrees that if a chargeback is attempted by the buyer that the buyer agrees to pay sellers cost at the rate of $250 an hour to defend seller. Buyer agrees that all legal disputes will take place at the sole discretion of seller.
